Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

The extreme stress that we can sense in our leadership, indicates something bad is happening soon. Layoffs in CS?

I work at one of the larger call centers.

For the 3rd time this week I saw my manager crying at her desk, I saw another manager sitting a table by himself eating lunch and crying last night.

What is going on? Layoffs coming?

The T-Mobile counterintelligence is working overtime in these comments. Hope you are at least getting paid for your anti propaganda efforts. I would say it’s Edwidge attempting damage control but she’s in the bread line.

You POS; why wouldn't you ask them what was going on and try to console them? This has to be BS!

Nothing. You’re making that up. Literally nothing is being planned. And I would know.

Layoffs across the board, combined with the increase in phone charges will get that revenue number back where it needs to be.
