Correct. Go ahead and post the org chart, wouldn't change the number.
Design is a circuit that needs to be designed. TDM and Ethernet are the two most common types of circuits. I think it comes from LQ.
what is a design tech? Is this Q or L3?
I'm a Design Tech (not in Denver) and my workload dropped off a cliff late last year. I haven't installed a new Metro in around 6 months. I was wondering if other areas are experiencing the same.
In Denver I know there is a group that can go down. Denver design techs. I see them hanging out in central office, sitting in a garage watch TV. The real number is about 440 HR people.
Coming from a former HR person at Lumen there are NOT 800 people in HR, that number is wildly inaccurate.

Really? How many HR people are in org chart under the "Chief People Person"? It would be a shame for the org chart to suddenly appear here.

I didn't hear about another RIF but maybe my group does not get that trickle down information. A small number like 144 is maybe useless managers and directors because everyone is a manager or director in the Lumen org chart. This title problem was carryover from Level3. 144 sounds like a consolidation of sorts, maybe KJ is unloading some from the 800plus HR silo. Why does Lumen need 800 HR people?
where is that number coming from?
