So many senior ISC and financial and Sales leaders are flying to India in coming weak. There is hush hush situation with India team showing sign of restlessness and uneasiness.
This guy who is India supply chain leader (Nag) is one of the most useless and irritating person I know, he must have got this job due to friends and family. I have never saw this guy doing anything since he joined but these days he is trying to keep giving his task and blaming everyone else for his failures

Long flights to India only way these people get sleep. Give them a break!
Most in management are parasites and freeloaders.
There’s a lot of people that get by with doing nothing. They become your management. We have one guy that smokes at least four hours a day. He hires his friends and they hang out with them too.
Nobody cracks down on it. By the way, he’s a supervisor. Head supervisor. If that wasn’t bad, they walked around with clipboards. You always see him eating at the vending machine. They go to worthless meetings. In order to pretender doing something. Just use this time to waste time, they probably post on this site.
So don’t get mad at this guy that comes to his site and you think he’s lazy, this is how you get promoted. On your subject. They’re probably trying to break into the Indian market. They probably promised the India government. If we can get big orders from you guys. We close some factories down in America and move them to your location.
