We keep saying industry standard but the industry can’t have awful process like low cost call centres, low quality engineering support like a BTC or account payables that don’t pay the bills. What other examples

How is that we are all OK with manufacturing at low cost locations that has decimated local manufacturing? - We in fact go to local stores to gobble up stuff manufactured at low cost locations and never feel any compunction!
