Incentive plan / Merit increases should be part of every budget every year. You fools stay at DXC knowing full well that you won’t get a merit increase no matter how many hours you put in. Change jobs and quit bi--hing !
Incentive plan. What incentive plan? The only incentive plan is to hold out for a WFR and use your severance payment to short the stock. This company is going to zero.
