Corp dev team layoffs announced. About 50 additional people impacted across pet, innovation and digital. I was spared in this round, don’t know for how long.

Everyone is doing the bare minimum. Our department stats are tanking more and more the closer we get to an announcement. Due diligence is the topic of every meeting lately. It's exhausting and frustrating. Then they have the nerve to pretend to be shocked that they're getting sh---y survey results about employee satisfaction and engagement
Read an article yesterday that NW is planning a big layoff starting next month impacting Pet, P&C, and Innovation. The company use to be a great place to work and often saw people there 20+ years. Now feel like a target.
