On the all hands call of April 22, AM said:

- We at Avaya want to hear voices of the employees across the business
- Maintaining an ethical culture is at the core of who we are
- Trust of employees & customers is key to our business, and is the foundation to our success
- The bedrock of our business is rooted in values of integrity, teamwork, honesty and accountability
- An ethical culture is now in place at Avaya
- There will be no form of retaliation for issues raised in good faith
- There are communication avenues and there are ways to follow up for any matters that are investigated
- If we extend trust, we will earn it in response
- We choose to operate in a high trust environment, as it is not enjoyable to be in low trust environments
