So it seems like nothing is going to happen in terms of layoffs or "restructuring"?

Some changes are trickling. Heard DV has seen a little change in title and role of BDMs. Pre-sales friend over there said there is some shuffling of staff and it sounds like a new AI team is forming. PMP goals finally started rolling out this week that are a bit more like ITS, which makes sense with Kirby taking over. Q1 bonuses are being paid this week and some goals shifting from group number to individual (which will have more noticeable impact on Q2 and Q3 bonuses.
Expecting we'll see gradual changes start to happen to bring DV back into the ITS fold, but maybe more of a performance driven adjustment in the next couple quarters (i.e. the bottom performers might be in trouble) vs sweeping layoffs.
The struggle is the new normal. Kind of like the "Handmaid's Tale". Everyone asks, “Where is the janitor”, but no one asks “How is the janitor.” Our stock is above par and will keep climbing as long as we stay poor, smart, and hungry.
Not until you least expect it. Go buy a new car, take out a mortgage on a vacation rental property, have a baby. It’s all rainbows and unicorns.
