Midyear review with old a-s bi--hes

Age, should never be a basis for making someone feel less valuable, whether in a company or any other context. Diversity and inclusion efforts should encompass age as well, recognizing the wealth of experience and perspective that people of all ages bring to the table.

It sounds like no one has control over this. Age is irrelevant.

does not matter old or young.. i am the youngest in my team.. i got this job after 5 rounds of interview taken by the P5 and M3, M4 folks.. and yet i am on the list for 5/28 - reason.. I do not have as much tenure as everyone else in the team !

When managers want to downsize their team, they manufacture fictitious issues and concerns to downgrade employees' performance so that they can make a possible reason to cut them. WF performance process is designed in a way you can't fight back your manager's fictitious accusations.

Cognitive decline is real grandpa. Stick to your Nilla Wafers and just accept your role as the old, slow guy and ride it out instead of trying to keep up with us faster, smarter youngins.
