Having thousands of energetic hard working id--ts doesn’t make a great product.

Do you think that this is just a shortcoming of x86 vs ARM instruction set rather than intel not executing ? Intel seems to be executing on the PC side.

I really dont feel like Intel is not putting the right effort. Its just that we are likely hitting limitations of x86 and all that comes with it from last 30 years.

Forget about Microsoft, Qualcomm or Intel. They will all crash soon. It is time to buy AMC stock. Opportunity of a life time.

Let’s face it.

Intel was seriously snubbed at the Microsoft event. Wintel got divorced today.

Microsoft is going all in with ARM and there’s no looking back.

Intel would have been at least somewhat viable today if the company didn't sit on their 14nm butts for an eternity thinking everyone was "in the rear view mirror."

Lunar Lake specs “sound” interesting. Perhaps the product that Intel should’ve released when Apple’s M1 came out, though.

I’d be embarrassed to be on this level of id--t.

So… fellas…given the debacle, how much longer for Pastor PG to resign, be let go, or “retire”?

Intel is already drowning in the lakes. Where the fu k is meteor lake or lunar lake located on earth to call for rescue?

It's also not 1990-2000s where a VP of INTC can call up the VP of the OEMs, and threaten to withhold CPUs (e.g. "allocation") if they dare to use non-Intel CPUs.

Now it's more like the VP of INTC call to beg and plead the OEMs, even offering contra-revenue (e.g. MSI Claw)

The MSI Claw is an embarrassment: https://www.theverge.com/24105991/msi-claw-review

Microsoft could have put meteor lake in this thing, but lost the socket to Qualcomm.

Now they say - wait for lunar lake.
Right, just wait until Qualcomm beats you again with next year’s chip.

We haven’t even gotten to AMD yet which is another huge threat.

Intel is going to have to beg for a lot more money to keep up this IFS charade. The core business is crumbling fast!

What does Intel have left lose? Intel's x86 market share has been in the lower 60% range since the end of 2019 ( https://www.statista.com/statistics/735904/worldwide-x86-intel-amd-market-share/ ) , ARM is now going to start consuming both client (Qualcomm) and server (Ampere) , Intel has never been a graphics competitor, software is horrible from applications through drivers, new processors are having stability issues, and manufacturing is lagging the competition. Revenue and margins are both sinking fast. What is left? I can't think of one area where Intel is a leader... really sad state.

HP, Asus, Dell, Lenovo, Samsung are also on board.

Looks like all of the major OEMs.

If the battery life and performance are anywhere close to Apple, Intel is going to have major issues.

Who needs to ship anything at all?

Mich Bricksh*thouse claims that Lunar Lake processors are 1.5x perf of Snapdragon X are going to show up in M$ laptop SKUs in Q4. More like Q5 or Q6 Intel delayware.

I guess Intel stopped its naming conventions for different node/generations since Skylake. Tacit admission that their actual tech progress stopped in 2015?

Remember the towns, bridges, wells? It's been all BK/BS/PG ji-z "lake" since 2015.

No Intel options here:

Maybe they're late yet again?
