Even customer service reps have no stability even if they do a great job if they are in the U.S. Ford doesn’t care if a lot of the customers do not like having to speak with reps that they cannot understand. They have even given the chat customer service to India but they cannot do that right because they do not understand a lot of our terms and the way we do things. Ford hates the U. S.

I hate how I have to fill out a weekly survey telling these yayhoos how I feel when they are doing these things blatantly like outsourcing our jobs. So they want us to tell leaders everyone is just fine so their guilty consciences are absorbed while getting reassurance that the literal gutting they’re doing to US salaried is fine and acceptable. GTFO
