I know the big round is long over, but I keep hearing of a few people here and there being let go all the time. Are we now in the new stage of constant but small cuts? If we are, that's much scarier to me than regular layoff rounds. At least those end at some point, but with these...we're never truly safe.

It's a terrible place to work, and the quality and service has gone down the tubes. They have ruined the company that once stood for something. How can a company that sells insurance to Americans have a workforce (Thryve) that's mostly in India?
Yes lay offs are still happening. You can count on a few ppl be it 10 or 50 being let go. This is the new Thryve I meant Highmark Inc. Sooner or later we will all be let go. Once they figure out how to load 10 jobs on 1 thyrve employee for the price of 1. It’s history! At this point. No one is safe!
Why would amount of PTO you may have matter?
Constant and small cuts might be where we are today, but keep faith in Highmark's ability to fu-k us all. Rumor has it there are to be big cuts in June/ July. Managers are being asked to rank folks, even to the point of taking into consideration the amount of pto you may have. LAY ME OFF PLEASE - I could use the 32 weeks of severance.
