Field personnel have a 2 hour meeting on Wednesday to go over the over the offer process? Thought offers were supposed to be out last week 😂. What most don’t know is a huge pay cut is coming along with layoffs within 6 months to a year.

They stated that if you don’t accept the offer you will remain on PXD’s benefits package for 2 years and will still be covered under the company’s severance plan. Layoffs in 6 months to a year? Bring it on.
