Time to move on

Posts being removed because people keep commenting with names. It really doesn’t matter anymore because anyone reading gets it that this is just a terrible place. Whether it’s the TN health plan, provider data disasters, spending enough money to feed the homeless on transformation projects when the powers that be probably don’t even know how to correctly spell transformation or AI, and a complete lack of accountability in operational areas from the top down. It’s time to move on and believe me I know how hard that is. Most of the people on here probably have 10+ years at this place devoting countless hours for the right reasons and building relationships with some truly great people. It’s not easy to pick up and leave but it’s time. This place is a sinking ship regardless of the stock price. They will continue to RIF all year long and they could care less about if you’re a good employee or not. Eventually all the cutting will catch up with them. Quality will be so far imbalanced that employer groups will have had enough and leave. Never listen to one of those ridiculous culture commons again it’s just a ploy to raise morale so the show goes on. I’m a firm believer of what goes around comes around and always hold out hope that the right people who care are those that get put in power at this garbage dump. However I’ve made a promise to myself to not let this place get the best of me, to not let it burn me out any longer and take my health like it has to so many. It’s time to move on and look elsewhere and I hope anyone reading this decides that it’s time to take care of themselves and puts themselves first. I know how hard that is because many of us really do care and have had great leaders in the past who we worked so hard for and liked doing it for the right reasons but over time they have left and now no one cares about the people like us.

@qsz+1sCEben4 The worst part is that even if it's appreciated by your boss and team, they don't always even get a say in the matter.

The last bloodbath, our group was forced to RIF multiple valued employees because corporate said so. I can tell you literally no one, from their immediate managers to our department head, was good with it.

And now more on the way!

Best to use initials, not full names. Giving them the minimum as I plan my exit strategy. Glad I am near retirement. They are coming up with unreasonable productivity metrics. Not doing it. I feel sorry for those who need this job. I would suggest going elsewhere. When I see the numbers they want and the pressure they are putting on folks, I am glad to be heading off into the sunset.

Well said OP.
At this point I feel like the world’s biggest clown for giving this company well over two decades of my life and they in turn gave me their a-s to kiss.
I can only hope that I’m living, breathing and have the sight to see the day that they crash and burn.
They truly aren’t going to be happy until their entire workforce is laid off or overseas and the only person left in the US is Gail and the janitor.

I wish I'd done that before getting RIF'd in the fall. What a waste of my time, thinking loyalty would be appreciated.
