Seems like diversity is going to be destroyed when the transition to India is complete.
Shouldn’t they offshore to multiple countries to maintain diversity?

The person that stated: "I agree, too many boomers because of DEI. Less geriatrics will help this company grow."
That almost made me sp-t up my prune juice.
Old boomer white men are to blame. They are the worst and I'm a white guy.
81% of the GW executive leadership are white ; 68% are white males; 86% are men.
In corporate America at large 81% of c-suite positions are held by white men….
But by all means, keep telling yourself the problem is diversity and that women and people of color are the ones who ‘didn’t earn it’.🙄
What is this thread?? This website is for layoffs- take your racism elsewhere.
No race or age will help this company grow.
This company would have to stop operating illegally an unethically first.

Totally 100%. Very evident in our dept where they are given special consideration especially men over 40 as protected class!
Hopefully they get laid off first.
Amen! Could not have said it better than previous post!!!
Some people mostly blacks feel empowered to use DEI to their advantage and do nothing to draw free $$$ asan entitlement to their black heritage. Totally unfair.
When the right people don’t get into the right jobs because of HR’s manic mission to make everything equal, bad situations arise. For example:
Poorly implemented DEI backfires: If DEI becomes a box-ticking exercise or if quotas are seen as unfair, it breeds resentment among employees who feel qualified candidates are being overlooked.
Focusing on DEI distracts from the company’s core business. If DEI initiatives take up too much time and resources, they undermine the company's core mission.
Unintended consequences of inclusion efforts: Being inclusive is tricky. There are challenges in ensuring everyone feels valued without micromanaging interactions.
No one and I mean no one, is against enforcing existing laws to ensure that the best people get the right jobs regardless of their race, color, or creed. But we’ve overstepped the bounds of propriety and implemented an oppressive corporate regime where the best get passed over because of their race, color, or creed.
Earn what? Some feel more entitled for whatever weird reasoning inside their own heads.
Employment is at will and works both ways - for employer as well as employee.
Stop finding excuses to survive and earn free $$$ shamelessly! Just move on and find another job, if you have the ability to.
Agreed. CEO already announced 1000+ jobs to Phillipines (call center related) in his last townhall.
Post elections DEI focus will be minimized and corporations will double down on profitability.
