Looks like the Ex- CEO for hertz will still be on the board of directors. Tell me how this is right?

That information is not accurate. Hopefully the new CEO will put an end to extravagant spending for board trips to LeMans to watch the Hertz sponsored Formula 1 car (rumored to be owned by a Hertz investor). Maybe board members will also have to fly commercial instead of using the Hertz aircraft for travel.
