Apparently a fair number of new hires for the MAP in Wayne, MI are going through training and orientation offsite at a Ford owned subsidiary place. SO what's the scoop?

From my understanding, these are all Lightning hourly employees that were transferred when they started eliminating shifts at that plant.
I know someone who went through orientation this week.
It's Ford direct. Imagine Ford dumping older workers, what a big surprise. LOL ( approximately 300 )
Could be Hidden factory to retroactively fix all of the vehicles parked around SE Mich with quality issues.
Ford hoping higher paid UAW folks take $50k incentive to retire and hire new workers at lower wage.
Are you sure they are hiring Ford direct or contractor employees?
