My manager told me all ISNP Senior CSM demoted to CSM position and weakest market CSM let go.
What is the proper term package? To the one who said this ‘ are you not getting the proper severance package as outlined in the severance plan booklet? I saw someone say that people were given 6 weeks pay.’ Just curious?
Wait all LM AMDs?? And LM HSDs? Any on the operation side?
LM/OAH grade 30, clinical services. 12 weeks severance. May 2. Used my regularly scheduled meeting, so no heads up. Cold and straight to the point. Go fu-k yourselves.
Kind of a relief. Since the Prospero/LM merger- everything has been a sh-tshow. Optum took two great things and combined them into a steaming pile of dumpster sludge.

It’s happening today all impacted people are being notified. It impacts multiple departments across the company. If you get an unexpected meeting today you are gone most likely. If you get a team meeting then you are ok and will just be notified of the changes within team
Are the people with 5/2 separation dates still working until then, or is that just the official date, and you are relieved of your duties as of today?

Care Coordinator, laid off today. Looks like 33 out of 345 Care Coordinators from Optum Care Solutions were let go. Severance package is 6 weeks pay.
