Whistleblowers Testified That Boeing Prioritized Profits Over Safety

Boeing whistleblowers testified on Capitol Hill Wednesday, alleging
that the aviation giant prioritized profits over safety and accusing
it of discouraging employees from raising concerns about the
company's manufacturing practices.
It’s now a Toyoda Line, with-out the Toyoda Quality Controls.
Management has a habit of cherry picking the buzz words like

Sam Salehpour, a quality engineer at Boeing,
said in a prepared statement that Boeing's emphasis on rapid production undermined its commitment to safety, claiming that managers are encouraged to overlook "significant defects" in the company's aircraft.
BECAUSE, we build the best and our structures are so redundant.
Delusional management living in their echo chamber of bullsҺit.

"Despite what Boeing officials state publicly,
There Is No Safety Culture At Boeing,
and employees like me who speak up about defects with its production activities and lack of quality control are ignored, marginalized,
threatened, sidelined and worse," (As----------n of John Barnett)
he told members of a an investigative panel of the Senate
Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.

Salehpour had previously said he had observed Boeing workers
taking shortcuts in assembling its 787 Dreamliner. (Nightmare)
"Boeing adopted these shortcuts in its production processes based
on faulty engineering and faulty evaluation of available data,
which has allowed potentially defective parts and defective
installations in 787 fleets," he said in the hearing.

Glad that there are still a few honest people at Boeing. Honesty was a huge handicap for a Boeing employee 15 years ago and it must be even more so these days. The nepo corruption and greed cancer is surely be malignant now and incurable.

Imagine what the fallout will be when a 787 breaks up in flight and falls out the sky. Pun intended...

What's this? Sam looks like a "DEI" hire, but Boeing gave him the shaft. According to someone on this board, I thought the quality issues were because of DEIs, not the suppressed race.

Boeing stoped hiring the smartly educated people so they can manipulate them more. Plus the pay is much lower. Sign off on this please!

To be fair, Sam the whistleblower is an id--t. He should have been fired just for wasting the time of actual engineers. But he will spend the rest of his career wandering the factory looking for something they will let him do. Money for nuthin'.

What else is new... I doubt there is a single person at Boeing with a structural engineering license these days. Boeing has zero engineering competence in all disciplines.

"It was Һell"
Boeing whistleblower says he was threatened by company officials
alleging the 787 Dreamliner and 777 jets could have manufacturing defects.

This Is Typical Boeing:

They are so desperate now, if you don't shut-up they will Off You.
