Any new updates or rumors about the reorg?

Always fun when executive level people make bad business decisions, never own up to their mistakes, and the front line people pay the price. This is the CDW way. What a joke of a company this has become.
So it sound like next week is the week. :(
There’s another thread on this. As of today (Thursday, the 18th), Eccles has a monthly managers meeting scheduled for Monday. That’s significant because he’s been cancelling those meetings since December. He also scheduled a separate managers only all hands for Friday, the 26th.
The high level org changes will announced at least to managers and above next week. It’s anyone’s guess how much detail we’ll get.
People who are reorged out will be laid off. In rare cases, they’ve given coworkers whose positions were eliminated some runway to find a new role, but that’s the exception. I would expect that the layoffs will happen before the reorg announcement; that’s an educated guess, not a confirmed fact.
Does Eccles even work here anymore? He is supposed to be leading our org, but we haven’t seen him since converge. We’re all waiting for the shoe to drop and he’s MIA.
