I see a lot of the offices go through a lot of the same thing.But the Chesapeake office in general is HORRIBLE. It’s the blind leading the blind in that place. Only time leadership is going to speak to you is if someone is visiting. All they do is gossip all day and walk around with their nose up. Going into that office ruined my whole career at this company,

I guess because Chesapeake is super small it just makes the whole office vibe trash. It’s like a sweat shop in there
All of the offices are like that. Good management continues to leave.
