Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Memories of a once great HBS business is all that remain!

I spent 40 years with HWL and until the last 5 to 8 years we could do no wrong. There was a sense of pride, we trusted our leadership, our level of engagement turned into phenomenal business results and client success stories. What the heck went wrong?

Glad I’m out now. I still have great memories of my time with colleagues and great client friendships but am glad to see that these new leaders and their HR cronies are all drowning and will soon all be canned and will feel what some of us did.

No pride. Culture trash. Financial engineering play this is.

I worked for HW (Sperry) for 50 years. At one time we all took great pride in the company. Now, its a meat factory.

The awful stench of the putrid Canadian operations -- he-l on earth for the buffoons stupid or desperate enough to endure those toilets.

HBS is as toxic as it gets in Honeywell. Laura is completely clueless on the business that she is supposed to run! There’s more I can share here, but can’t dox myself.
