FYI on the Iris page for managers- Throughout Q2- business as usual, management should check in with employees to ensure they are adhering to the policy.

At the end of Q3- management will be responsible for monitoring compliance and issue disciplinary action. Cigna will provide managers with comprehensive guidance regarding how to consistently monitor and enforce the policy. Individual employee data and reporting will be made available at this time.

Regarding the compressed sawdust and pencil shavings that passes for toilet paper, I have begun using the paper towels instead. Still not great but at least I don't have to worry about abrasions.

I sure hope that flushing some paper towels won't create any plumbing problems. I'd really hate for the organization to be on the hook for a costly repair.

@tab+1s5GynKF no free coffee in my office either (we had it before Covid). The toilet paper has got to be the absolute bottom-tier, bargain-basement option they can find. What a way to "welcome" us back. I feel so valued.

They don't even provide coffee I'm the building I'm in. Or supplies, copy paper, nothing! No cafeteria in the building either.

I have never spoken to one person who likes the return to work program. This is a total sh-tshow and I’m amazed they’re doubling down. WE DONT LIKE THIS
