Cigna misses the mark again. Why are they making employees who will be transitioning to HCSC sit through a call about Cigna being the employer of choice?

So tone deaf. How can you "secretly" lay off (likely) thousands of us, expect no one to notice, then tell us how much you care about us? I used to love this company, but not only do I feel immense job insecurity, but I also now feel consistently lied to.

Yep, Iris was updated. Three days per week, must be Tuesday and Wednesday and third day is your choice. Isn’t that nice of them.

This "employer of choice" spiel they're doing is laughable.
These Cordani townhalls always does a good job in boiling my blood. I don't know what it is about his face and the way he talks that just makes me angry. It all comes down to one word that best describes him "Disingenuous".
Very interested in him explaining how he would like to become an employer of choice when so many are unhappy and/or being laid off.
