How long does it usually take to hear something?

I agree it is a really good Medicare product when it works. I think there are way too many “network” providers that refuse to accept the coverage. Because of this the member suffers. Providers say that Cigna will pay nothing on the claim and take forever to pay. There aren’t enough fail safes in place to ensure a few members don’t slip through the cracks and don’t understand how to navigate their plan.
That said… I think it’s a toss up. I was there for the full audit and I’m not so sure we won’t have CMP. Possibly more than last time.
We are awaiting results, but I will say I felt like we did better than the last Audit. Believe it or not, Cigna Medicare learned from the last audit and the one before that. We were "overprepared" for this audit and delivered. It's a shame Cigna is selling us off and a blessing to HCSC who bought us. We deliver a great Medicare product.
I will say probably not good. Everyone is holding their breath because of how it went and the results aren’t back yet. CMS is taking a deeper dive based off the audit.
No idea yet on this end but hopefully shows that Cordani needs to go away forever.
