You might have a problem with her behavior. But you certainly have a problem with her s-xuality. Behavior is abysmal, but genders are irrelevant.

I once went out to a bar with several WF managers on a Friday evening. Everyone got so drunk. One manager whispers to me that he enjoys watching his employees backstab each other so that they can survive the competition. I asked him why. He said feels like a powerful boss watching from top of the mountain.

Do not trust the company to care about you or trust them at all. Do your job and do not raise your hand. That makes you an issue and they will find a way to get rid of you

Management lies and hides many things. Dishonesty, zero transparency, toxic politics, unethical conducts, harassment, and retaliation. It's the same old Wells Fargo, nothing has changed even with the regulatory sanctions. It got worse in in some departments.

Management expects due dates to be met with no resources to meet them. Co- workers sniping at each other. Managers struggling to lead while trying to keep their as--s from being chewed by some C-suite flunky ay HY. What work day isn't filled with it?

I’ve seen a lot of adults visibly crying at WFC, it’s not normal.

When you see a 55 year old manager crying after an interaction with some Hudson Yards new hire… it’s hard to unsee, and it is not uncommon, sadly.

My boss recently did something unethical that was specifically identified as prohibited in a recent training module but in this job market I’m terrified to report it for fear of retaliation and losing my job. My boss knows that I’m the only one that knows about it.

If you witness managers or executives doing something unethical, and if you report that incident to Ethics line, they will retaliate you. I thought Ethics line would protect us, but they actually protect the management and the company. Once you have been identified as a troublemaker, your manager will make your life miserable. He/she will destroy your performance reviews by making up fake stories. No one will be there to protect your career and employment.
