So confused. According to the Internet it is the organization that managed the state CPA exams, but the person claiming to be one isn't a CPA.
Can anyone help explain?

They are a PMP or not a PMP. Period.
It's just a BS'ers way to declare they are NOT a Project Management Professional, PMP®️.
You can't find information because there is no such thing.
It's a person attempting to claim they are a PMP® (and yes PMP is a real registered trademark, not a phoney one like that person). They are neither a NASBA anything nor a PMP. The only thing the project management institute recognizes is PMP, not the baloney "NASBA Certified Professional recognized by Project Management Institute (PMI)".
Just like she is in direct violation of Avaya's NDA with NVIDIA by using NVIDIA as an example in her so called "portfolio". In fact, many of her so called employers were never her employees, including an NFL team. Time to notify the NVIDIA attorneys
I can't locate any other NASBA certifications. I'm also very confused. And I don't know about the previous news so I'm ever more confused.
Why would someone declare NASBA certified and not specifically what the certification in fact is?
This again. I commented something on the one that got deleted. This is old news. Har-har, we already laughed about it. NASBA offers different kinds of certifications outside of CPA stuff. Your search would tell you this. We know this label used by others is fluff. Let’s direct our attention to SS finally resigning. Ayoooooo!
