I have 6 duffetent managers, they all want thier useless meetings and overhead and processes. Left and right don't agree with each other.

I have to agree with @1zmb+1s0o9hry DXC has many many issues and treats it staff poorly despite whatever ESG event is happening this weeks but too many managers getting in the way isn't the problem.
I have work to do, I have a manager on the project and a people manager. People manager chat to once a month , unless I need their support. Project manager several times a week. Those managers jobs are to keep all the other managers away from me, so I can do my work and most of the time they do.
I have no problem and see no problem with having two, they do entirely different things.

With the exception of a couple the Newcastle managers are di-ks, a lot of them are so backward. Love endless useless processs and meetings.
Me and my managers have reached an understanding. They don't nominate me for a pay rise. I don't attend their stupid meetings.
My experience is not the same as yours. I have a manager, they stay out of my way, meet me as needed and support me as needed. I spend 99% of my time working for the client.
Do I have some stupid overhead items that annoy me, sure. I'm curious where the problem lies and why so many managers get in your way every day. Do they have nothing to do, do you have no results to show or something else.
Ten muddle managers to change a bulb, YES...... And then to find out the bulb is not fused in the first place.

Everyone seems determined to find a reason not to do something. Someone might press the wrong button. Best just leave it broken then!
