They sell their annual hand out of shares automatically several times a year... By the end of the year they have sold all of last year's.
They are pre programmed sales.
Just have a look at their history (it's public) and you'll see it.
It's to prevent allegations of insider trading.
These wholly underserved stock grants come at $0 cost to the VP recipient, so they can sell at any price for a profit, and as they clearly know there is little chance the stock will ever be much higher than $20-25 they are selling now

Remember Mikey and this gang refused a ATOS takeover at $40 saying they could do better, they valued the company around $60 per share.
They also justify buybacks saying the Company is undervalued.
You have been su-kered in, if they have any belief in thier abilities Drum ghoul, Finchy and the gang should not be selling 1 share until it goes well above $40.

Hey Gang, You have to understand that it is not only myself that raided the bank here. The loot was shared evenly between the rest of the jackals as well. I might have ejected, but the rest of the crew is still firmly seated in good position with pretty good RSU's. So work in progress. You guys will get your share when the aristos have got their share.
