Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

Hold onto your hats, the bumpy ride is fixed to go off the rails

How can a company randomly put new board members in place? Ad Hoc is coming to the L3harris theater. https://washingtontechnology.com/companies/2023/12/l3harris-review-its-business-after-pact-major-shareholder/392638/
Wtf?

This is how Boeing went off the rails. Short term thinking - mainly incentivized by stock-based compensation (options, performance share units, etc.) which makes up a large proportion (up to 90%) of the total compensation of the CEO and other senior executives in corporate at L3H. In addition, they fly in private jets and first class while subjecting the real workers who create the wealth to fly economy on long haul flights domestically and to/from Europe - the hypocrisy is clear for all to see.

Cutting safety & other protocols to achieve short term goals including DLU will end in tears. But by the time the consequences are realized, these executives will have moved on to another company/job to perpetrate these same things again elsewhere and enrich themselves with short term incentives

They announced above 90% DLU or else this week. Cut safety and lean manufacturing protocols to hit the bottom line DLU.
