Lots of folks adjustments for the bonus were messed up. Mine wasn't adjusted at all, though I put it in months ago (adjustments for 401k contributions). Many folks reduce or increase at bonus time. Well MANY folks had it messed up. Dead silence from management and payroll.

To be fair payroll is just as clueless as everyone else … I’d go with user error on payrolls end
United got hacked and paid $22M in ransomware. In the news very little. They must have some pull to keep that off the front page, especially after CMS weighed in on it. So many people affected as docs won't see them as they are not getting paid.
But very little in the news.
So something up with Anthem payroll is not out of the realm of possibility.
@ker+1ryrDmkN For next year, you might want to consider lowering to 6% instead of 0% so you still get the company match. No point in leaving money on the table if you don't have to. :)
Mine was fine.
I moved to 0 percentage 3 weeks ago and had no issues.
I just moved back to previous percentage.
What recently happened at United?
They probably RIFd the payroll staff that k ew how to do that stuff.
Especially after what happened at United Healthcare, and how that was kept off the front page, anything is possible!!!
