I want to man up and leave but I get pay so well as a director and I just survived January’s CPM. I am just waiting for my BU to shut down and hopefully get a pkg to leave. Yes I know the trolls hate me for posting this, but I have learned that you have to look out for numero uno after 30+yrs in corp America. There’s no other way.

@1umw+1ryM7Nrp bullsh-t. They have their skills and you have yours. If you have their skills, start a company or move up.

"Have you been looking for a job? Wife gone. Dog gone? Only bitterness left?"

Translation - why aren't you a happy slave.
Don't you know that the people above you who know less, produce less,
and make much more than you are simply just better.

Have you been to a college campus recruiting event?

Young people do not want to work at Intel.
It’s seen as a last desperate option for marginal people that couldn’t get jobs at superior companies.

So, there’s no new blood.
Only old cronies left to reminisce about how great 1999 was.
