customer service in other parts of the company are becoming call centre
any one hearing any whispers of the scarborough side of the business being acquired and doing active call center work again ?

Boo hooing publicly about their bad decisions made in life to calling in their affirmation crew to call others trolls seems like the typical low self esteem, call center employee type of behavior.

Hope everyone is planning time together for holidays. Some of our Northern visitors will be in attendance joy to see their smiles and spend time caroling . Dropping off food stuff to food bank the need is still there even though you don’t have volunteer hours to use.
I know people who worked there 30 plus years so please do not listen to the troll under the bridge. you did a fine job rehearsing for the different skits we put on and asking wonderful questions in the team stand ups. you were a great team member and helped so many disadvantaged people we wish you the best. troll go to another board and spout your venom
It’s not trolling. It’s objectively true. If you did nothing to better yourself for 19 entire years that’s on you. You chose to let your brain atrophy. Did you expect to work at Nielsen forever? Because that’s crazy. Don’t make the same mistake at your next job.

please do not listen to the Troll. you filled your 401k for many years and have accumulated a nice saving. you have a family thats loves and cares about you. people like the angry Troll just feel sorry for them they probably have run out of severance and savings and they are in a jam not knowing where to turn. we are having a shing ding the invites will be going out soon. angry troll coming from under the bridge attacking and not showing support. in the call center this would call for a team effort to finish the puzzle and not hate on someone having a day. some were better at the puzzles than others and they never shouted like you did.
Being only told what you want to hear does not equate to being supportive.
It’s actually as big a part of the problem as wasting 19 years of life without improving yourself or gaining any other skills to remain relevant to an employer. Sorry, not sorry.
