What is going on with all the additional security in the mornings around parking garages? Lots of watchful eyes when I am pulling in everyday is a bit creepy

The security is a there to help the undocumented set up living spaces in the garage . Please feel free to adopt one or more to take home with you. We do need more participation from our Katy based employees. Thank you.
Half the time they have their face glued to their phones. Thankfully some are good enough people to mask up outside
