Very toxic corporate cruel culture at usaa. Protect your mental health. Move on and be true to you! Don"t let fear and the almighty dollar cause you to compromise your character and good values. You take those with you into eternity. Take care of the weak...leave no one behind in the trenches. Ddon't forsake your own core values. You define who you are. Not usaa and all its lies and toxic and deceptive business practices!
I doubt anyone is "protected" in that highly toxic work environment. It is best to save your mental and emotional energies for preparing for interviews and going on them (even if you are insecure, go on the interview and see what the "real world" is working on; they are light years ahead of this cr--ker jack excuse if a company).
Once members figure out that there is no mission "poof" look behind the curtain as in The Wizard of Oz), they will find much better and less expensive product offerings.
They also deleted it and when it was reposted....then the originally magically reappeared. They are blatantly silencing employees and even breaking the law doing so. Dee dum dum is employees like you
Sometimes it better to post public that way you have evidence of retaliation if his position “no longer fits the direction of the organization”!
I read that whole post and could not stop laughing.
Someone else just wrote a post “Returning from Military leave”. That one is spot on as well. The writing is on the wall, they are hoping people quit before the next big layoff to cover the EMGs massive increases.
As for myself I just am fortunate I am not in the MSR world. From most the post I’ve seen from them, whether it is Bank or P&C they are treated like garbage.
Nebraska is really the bane of Wayne's existence and I'm here for it.
Not like he really cares, though, honestly. He'd just prefer that us plebeians don't know. Most executive pay/bonuses are time- and performance-based. This information is all on the intranet if you look hard enough (you can search in the myTotalRewards site).
They have contracts that outline most of these things, unlike individual contributors and lower/middle management who are all at-will employees with no contracts.
Wayne getting a 68% raise suggests that he got that raise in 2023 based on 2022's performance (first loss in company history), and the 157% raise was gotten in 2022 based on 2021's performance, but that's just a guess.
Ballsy move from the guy who made a comment about it on The Post. He really put Wayne on blast and needs to be protected at all costs.
