Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

Survey Results

It’s disheartening by the recent survey scores. I can't speak for every leader but it’s unfair for those leaders who inherited a new team right before the survey is rolled out and blamed for the low ratings. We’re slapped with, do better and find out why? Upper management's focus on numbers overlooks the complexities of team dynamics and employee satisfaction. It's frustrating that the true reasons behind employee dissatisfaction are not being fully understood. It's no surprise that many employees are feeling disheartened by the lack of empathy and understanding from higher-ups.

I couldn't have said it better. I feel like there's a lot of throwing people under the bus happening. It's bizarre to watch.

I would like to be one of their chosen ones, just for a year. I could retire and live off that salary I made in that year for the rest of my life.

I stopped doing the survey as they starting sending emails that included something like “this link is unique to you, so do not share it”.

I don’t care how much they claim it’s anonymous and that the third party administrator keeps the data confidential. They need to redesign the survey controls. Maybe it has to be teams if 10 or more only (not 5 or more as it is today). And, the link should be the same for the entire team.

I didn't do the survery because I am 1000% sure they know exactly which CN ID it came from and I would've spent hours using chat gpt to air my grivences in a more professional tone than "go f- yourself" given everything that went down in 2022/2023. 1st mistake is thinking they care about employee satisfaction. News Flash: they don't.

This is indeed true. My sup was hired on not too long before the media leak in September about the layoffs. Of course he was not told about all the issues otherwise he wouldn't have taken the job most likely. He came from a completely different company - inherited a plethora of issues that have been ongoing and never resolved since I started several years ago. We have lost 3 leads - we are on our 4th supervisor - 3rd manager and that is just in the last 2.5 years. I won't even touch on how many analysts have quit because there have been a lot. Now with the reorg under shared services most depts have new directors and upper management that aren't in our LOB so don't know what we are doing and we are expected to work theirs with no training in other states we have never worked before. This company is going to crash and burn eventually.

They very strategically don't allow you to comment on the Corporate Executive team, which is much of the real reason behind all that is negative.

Sarah is doing more damage than Roz to Walgreens, if there was a tiny improvement last year in STArs, this year the ship will hit rock bottom, what can you expect from such an imposter

London and Drew and Tanya are like hyenas, both mediocre and arrogant, and responsible for the mess that exists , they will throw you under the bus to protect their millions or keep one their chosen ones,
