I'm in tech org. The end of year 2023 reviews and stack rankings has gotten many people including Sr Directors all fired. People fired in the last month due to PIPs throughout tech organizations left and right

I just found out tonight that an engineering lesd that built an enterprise platform was PIP'd and fired.
