So many managers in LCO
Layoff today and seems no managers got the kick. Seagate is on its way to become a consultant company with no engineering needed. This is becoming a routine now and the management says layoff is because it has become top heavy. It's top heavy and no managers are laid off
Come on. Did you really think they were actually going to go a full year without a layoff and let everybody start to feel normal and focused with some predictable job security? It’s Seagate and they still hate you all. And for the rest of y’all. No raise or bonus for damn near 2 years. Or more! And make sure you are available for work 14 hours a day too. Enjoy!
I'm in LCO and got RIF'd today. Manager indicated it was very small RIF, but didn't share numbers or percentages. Last day of work next week Tues.
