Grunt would be wrong word. First year in 28 years with no bonus due to retirement. Curious to the percent given company performance. Are you able to confirm, grunt?

Is your question what level AIP was funded at this year? It is generally the same across all bonus level positions, with occasional adjistments slightly up or down by AOR.

Bonus eligibility is what changes (both bonus eligibility % and types) by band level, but these targets are unchanged year over year.
