I’m on a final cap and my performance is not meeting the requirements to get off the cap. How long before I’m fired? Anyone have experience with this?

Why let them fire you rather than quit?! If you have been with the company for a good number of years, why ruin your job record by getting fired?! It will be harder to get another job with a termination on your record.
You’re going to want unemployment so don’t quit, let them terminate you no matter how hard it is stay.
I hate this place! Looks like everyone is on CAP. I just gave my notice after being on my final, I couldn't take it anymore,
No idea but I’m on an elevated one cap and I’m at risk too. Ugh
Just meet with your manager and HR and ask if you can get the remaining time for your CAP paid as a severance and part ways.
It will be easier for everyone and much less stressful for you.
Sometimes we have to call it a day and move on.
It su-ks now but things will get better eventually when you are not there and are in better positions.
