Watch out there is a new sherriff in the mountain region and no amount of north star or Dare to lead is going to save our customers. He has said he will meet all his numbers no matter what. He is prepared to lose customers to meet them. Be prepared and best of luck

If you think a Barney Fife will do anything you're a good comedian! Leadership on top will dictate what happens.
I would bet he is talking about Tim. He only cares about his numbers, but what he does not realize once customers gone he too will not have a job.

I almost feel sorry for the managers here in Colorado. With the new timesheet cluster, Dare to lead, L2S, meeting everyday they do not stand a chance. There leaders have no clue and are pushing them to the crazy farm. Glad I have turned down the chance to join them. I hope the leaders open there eyes but would not count on that
