Maybe Mark should ask what the HR turnover rate is from someone outside of HR?
"Believe me we submit..." is observing the results of the "fear culture" that was shoveled into place 15 years ago. Now, you had better sit on your hands and shut up. Sit there, nod in agreement and go back to your cell. Keep clawing towards retirement.
Believe me we submit some doozy’s! Back in the day we had one guy who would always stand up in the all-hands and ask the tough questions. Now they avoid those questions like the plaque. It’s has pretty much been the same people running the company for over 20 years I’ve been around. When one manger retires they move their lackey into that spot and the incompetence continues. Let’s bring in some IEs and they’ll figure it out. More wasted money! Let’s hire more people! More wasted money!
The real problem is that you can’t speak out or speak up. They won’t listen! Specially on social media. They’ll cut you down quick and have you investigated. HR isn’t there to help you!
Maybe Mark should ask her the HR turnover rate since she came to GAC?
