Last three years in Chrysler I have seen i logo "low cost counties".
Morale is at point of no return and engagement is something from the past. No one absolutely no one in my 100 people department sees a future with the company. I have received over achiever for 2023 which means nothing to me. I wish I could get a good job and leave.

The CEO send an email Friday asking people to please fill up the survey!
He said his target is 60% participation and he is at 52%.
Honestly I do not believe 52% percent of us work force took the survey. Why would they they know their days are over.
It's all pointless at this point.
Agree, not even a secret anymore, Americans tossed aside because of greed, moral is terrible. CTC will rusted and hallowed out in 5 years! No job openings in USA all in Mexico
