No we are watching customers trying to navigate endorsements and claims online and it’s not going well. But hey if the stock price increases then that’s all that matters.
Its the quiet before next months storm.
Allstate submitted an application in 7 states to stop renewing policies once they expire so obviously a bail out is on the way!!
They ain’t ready to lay off anyone onshore. They can’t find enough dummies to do the jobs they need done. We safe for now. Same old same old. Once Mexico and South Africa improve their skill sets, we will shrink onshore. Gonna be awhile. Enjoy the ride, cuz they taking you on one.

My guess is that most folks on this site are embarrassed because their ongoing predictions of doom and gloom are not coming to fruition. Hopefully they change their mindset and actually start working for a living instead of whining and complaining about stuff that they can’t control
