It's a shame the Execs and Managers lie through thier teeth. They manipulate the financials every year to get thier raises which are happening now, they play the employees along all year, then last minute don't pay up. The cycle is reapplied ever year. The folks are fed up of the situation, demoralized. Many have joined the Networks Team Campaign until pay is restored.

Chris Drum Google has sold some of his bo--y today. $0.2 million nice bonuses. Other VPs also sold out. Interesting how they can find money for themselves but not for folks. The guy couldn't lead a horse to water, is one of Mikeys ex Accenture gang on inflated big bucks for nothing. When are these 3rd raters being replaced?
"Christopher Drumgoole, the company's Global Lead for Cloud Infrastructure and ITO, has sold 10,000 shares of company stock. The transaction, which took place on March 14, 2024, was executed at a price of $20.3267 per share, resulting in a total sale amount of $203,267."
Agreed everyone knows the cycle "we're not making money" it's lies your making $800 million in free cash flow. Mary's milked ot for 4 years, when Mary should be milked.
All they do is move cost from this quarter so they get thier millions and load them into next quarter then say it was a bad quarter and can't pay employees.
We're sick off it now, just means another 3 to 4% pay cut to find, how I'm I going to pay the bills?
Such a bunch of aholes including them muddle managers who will get thier bonuses but will f off the workers.
I like the Networks strategy but I'm going 1 better, I'm so fed up I'm going off sick, then they can pay twice. That's what you get for your actions.
In the usual annual game. Any gilmour of hope of a pay rise squashed by - sorry no money, sorry the share price is down, sorry we found or created a mistake to justify why you shouldn't get one. Think yourself lucky you even have a job. Stop the pretence - there is no pay review at DXC. The strategy worked the last 10 years so it's not going to change this year either. Why are we still wasting management time on appraisals. We could put that time to better things - like golf!
Best thing I ever did was getting out of there 4 years ago. From the comments here, it seems nothing has changed since then.
They don't give a damn about their employees, never have.
"the company gets what it pays for"
Dum_ghoul recently said there is no retention problem, yet the latest GRI report published in December 2023 showed that 32,838 people were hired in that reporting period....and the overall employee count remained the same.
So those are replacements.... a run rate of 1 in 4, 25% turnover.
Most IT companies run at 13-16% (which is higher than most other industry sectors)
By the way, your favourite hamburger joint with the golden arches is 18%
So "no retention problem" is that they do not see 25% as a problem.
This basically means yes they understand their policies are not well received by f-u
I don't think the world, our management or our clients care how we're treated. The outside world either thinks glad I don't work with that bunch of id--ts or say - you think you got it bad here at we have to put up with similar but different stuff. The company gets what it pays for, and is clearly happy with what it gets, whether it's happy what it's paying for it - only the execs can comment.
Travel ban, but the New CEO is flying all over the world and not getting the true story as most people won’t step up when face to face
Flood Linkedin and Facebook with your issues so the world can see how you all are being treated
This company is so demoralising. People just want to know they are valued. A 0% pay rise, no bonus, no awards, no thank you's for 10 years indicates we're of no value to the organisation. Or just being used. On that basis I'm sure I can contribute as little as I feel I'm wanted. If anyone actually wants my skillset try treating people like people!
It already started. Annual travel ban = saved revenue to pay the exec bonuses, then spun on its head to say we cannot even afford travel let alone pay rises. They've not worked out the fact anyone still working, is not achieving a great deal. Either because those people are just playing at being busy, or are blocked by endless bureaucracy and other teams who have no intention of helping.
