Just need to send 3 emails a year, host a few town halls, and say you are defining a never started career path for employees for the last 4 years (wonder if it takes her 10 years to define a basic path, something a grad could knock out in a week).
All this for $5 million a year, well paid work if you can get it, like Mike, Milk it Mary, go go go.....
