What does severance look like?

Can people comment on severance for different levels and tenure?

I still have not received the details yet - just the initial email that more would come later. Still can not believe they want us to work another 3 weeks.

I have worked with Fidelity for over 15 years - mid level employee (not management position). My severance looks like this (DISCLAIMER: I have not read it all yet - weekend project!)

~80% of my salary, paid as normal through end of year
small bonus amount (~7K)
Vacation payout (only for vacation earned for last 3 month
COBRA, with company subsidy, so I think it looks like I pay the exact same for healthcare through end of year

In the past non management brokerage reps would get 1 weeks pay for every year worked. There was a floor set but I’m not sure if it was 3 or 4 weeks pay.
