If anyone is thinking about being at USAA long term I encourage you to think again, while there are many good things about working at UsAA there are MANY bad things one being the leadership, managers who take a do as I say and not as I do approach while directors don’t even know what they’re managers are telling their adjusters meanwhile the schit just rolls downhill to the people who can’t control a thing. Management needs to get it together I have personally been going around advocating for a walk out due to the many changes we have had and Wayne thinks a stupid spring fest is going to make things better THINK AGAIN! you all don’t appreciate the workers you have and instead make it harder for people who want to their job to keep it, since being here I have watched multiple long time employees leave and if I was able to get another job easily I’d leave as well we need to start holding management accountable because pretty soon we will not be able to take it anymore imagine if every adjuster refused to take calls for 1 day, USAA would schit bricks we could’ve had the RTO and WFH conversations wrapped up by now if people actually took some action I definitely believe the complacency of the employees have also made it the way it is USAA is not the employer or carrier it once was they SU-K plain and simple.

Clyde likes to brag about the hundreds of employees that claims has on PIPs. He gets excited about how using the PIP process was improving the claims teams. My team were shocked that he received applause when speaking about it at a leadership meeting. My management team met afterwards and were still shocked he was not shut down.

I almost thought I posted this for a second. 100000% agree I honestly want to write Clyde and them my self to see if they know what is going on. Claims is falling behind because of the leaders!! Adjusters get no help, respect or guidance. My current MCO is the spawn of satan. Currently trying to find any reason she can to fire me. I am a good teammate I’m helpful I have no escalations and do my job well. But all she does is seek out anything wrong she can. Never coaches about the actual adjuster role bc she don’t know it!! How can someone lead that can’t even do that job. When we vent she basically tells us quit if we can’t handle it. It is so sad to treat human beings this way, adjusters have families as well.
