They have no cash left. If you notice they have offered and extra $50m to make it $350m worth notes (hedge fund shares) to the market big investors to be redeemed in 2027 at $28 a share. This is purley to get a cash injection to pay off the debt and a concern or liquidity I.e they have run out of cash to pay for stuff. The market did also have a slide on the day across lots of shares.
