Does anyone know why some are getting bonuses and some are not? I have colleagues that are not corporate who are getting the bonus and I’m with corporate and not receiving. Why some and not all?

When are bonuses paid? If you get one…
Sups and any lvl above get a bonus. Then others also get a bonus, but it’s based on your pay grade. I’ve heard people getting bonuses as low as 6% and as a high as 10%. Those numbers are from non sup or above, so who knows what they get.
People leaders get bonuses (sups and up). Varying amounts. Also M or above non people leader job grades unless excluded for other reasons. So, yes, some non-leadership roles also get bonus. Several social workers and nurses on my team received them. Other lower job graded professionals did not. I agree, it’s not fair. I was only able to give bonus to half my team, when the other half basically does the same thing. I’ve been with Centene 10 years and they should honor those that were hired with bonus potential written in their offer letters at bare minimum!!!
it’s not just managers and above, and it was announced 2 years ago. and DEI has nothing to do with it, whatever r*cist posted that.
Don’t believe the “OneCentene” sh-t. All the worker bees get nothing.
Your not missing out on much. I got a solid 1.17% annual salary raise and my promised 9% bonus but what they didn’t tell me during hiring is that the bonus pool is small. Also that the full 9% is there but your pl decided how much the total you can get. It’s a scam
It was a global change across the entire org. There may be exceptions here and there but otherwise it’s limited to M and above (or above M..whichever)
They lied to you. When I first got hired per my offer letter 7 years ago I was to get a 3% yr 1, 4% yr 2, and then an additional 6% yr 3 forward not including COLA and of course it would be indicative of production (which I have exceeded every single yr including quality and no audit errors) - and guess what that has never happened. No one that I know of willing to disclose on my team below level M recieved anything higher that a 3% and no bonuses or KCAs.
Job grade M and above got bonuses - not everyone at that level is a manager, or even a supervisor or team lead. My group was told those under an M got a permanent raise of 5 percent which was supposed to be comparable to a bonus, but paid out over 12 months rather than a lump sum. I’m wondering if that actually happened though since it seems people are now reporting they got nothing.
My understanding is everyone with a job letter grade of M and above (despite being plan or corporate) received Bonuses. Even those employees who were laid off at the end of December received a bonus payout!
So those of us picking up the slack with a job code under M got sc--wed. So much for “One Centeam” or all this DEI stuff, it is all BS!
Bonuses are for manges and above from what I gather back in January 2023. Don't matter if you are corporate or individual health plan market.
